Refund policy

Thank you for your purchase. At Dinner Party Diaries, we want to make sure your experience is as simple and tasty as possible. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we want to know about it.

RETURNS

All returns must be submitted within 30 of the purchase date. 

RETURN PROCESS

Please submit the return form via email to customerservice@dinnerpartydiaries.com with your Return Authorization #, which will be provided via email.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return, we will process your return by any of the following means: refund, store credit, or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your refund, store credit, or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
