Shipping Policy for Dinner Party Diaries

At Dinner Party Diaries, we’re happy to deliver our easy-to-use baking mixes directly to you. 

Here are the things you need to know about our shipping:

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 5 business days after payment is received. We’ll send you an email confirmation when your order is placed and when it's on its way.

Shipping Methods

We offer standard shipping via USPS or UPS for most orders.

If available, Expedited Shipping options may be available at checkout.

Shipping Rates

Our standard shipping rate is $6.00 for orders less than $30 and free for orders $30 or more.  The available Expedited Delivery Rates will be listed in checkout.  

Delivery Timeframes

Standard delivery usually takes between 3 to 8 business days, depending on your location.

Please note that unforeseen circumstances may affect delivery times. We appreciate your patience!

International Shipping

We currently do not ship outside of the United States. 

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll send your tracking number via email. 

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid delays or misdeliveries. We’re not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

Damaged or Lost Packages

In the unusual situation that your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please let us immediately at customerservice@dinnerpartydiaries.com. 

Order Modifications

Accidentally pick the wrong item? Please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed, modifications may not be possible.

Local Pick-up (Buy Online, Pick Up at Market)

If you'd like to pick up your purchase at one of our upcoming Farmers Markets or Events, you can do so by placing your order at least 2 days prior to the event and selecting "Pick up" during checkout.  Note that this option will only be available in the days leading up to a Market or Event.
